At Rivora Jewellers, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since the product was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
• The product received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
If you receive a product that meets either of the above conditions, please contact our support team immediately.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Products purchased during sale or promotional discounts
• Products that have been used, worn, or altered
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
4. Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and unworn
• The product must be returned in original packaging
• All original tags, invoices, and packaging materials must be included
Rivora Jewellers reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the refund.
5. Return Shipping
If the return request is approved:
• Return shipping will be arranged and paid for by Rivora Jewellers
• Customers must securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase
• Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via:
• Bank transfer
• UPI transfer
Customers may be asked to provide valid bank or UPI details for processing the refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address while placing an order.
Rivora Jewellers will not be responsible for refunds or replacements in case of incorrect address details provided by the customer.
9. Product Appearance Disclaimer
Due to differences in lighting, photography, screen resolution, and device display settings, slight variations in product color or appearance may occur.
Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns.
